Welcome. Hi everybody.
We here at the beaches all love St. Augustine. I was out on a Sunday morning walkabout down in Vilano beach with my feet in the perfect blue green water just breathing in the fresh salty air and this sloop came up the channel to head out towards the open water passing the St. Augustine Lighthouse and I was inspired to make a painting of the moment. The sailor looks like he is in command of his ship and heading to his freedom.
