''The Royal Arc" is another in my small works series, 8" x 10" oil on canvas.
The Royal Terns fascinate me. Their genus name comes from the Ancient Greek Thalasseus, meaning "Fisherman" you no doubt have watched them as I have do a speeding chevron dive to catch fish just off the coast.
